Embodying the quintessential mid-century contemporary aesthetic within its ranch-style framework, Seamair Farm boasted five bedrooms, four baths, and a spacious 4,750 square feet of living space.
Yet, the property’s allure extended beyond the confines of its architectural splendor. Spanning an additional 23 acres, the grounds featured an orchard teeming with fruit trees, an expansive avocado grove, and a tranquil fish pond inhabited by Japanese Koi.

Alarmed by the sight of the sky seemingly ablaze over the Santa Ynez Mountains, she promptly roused her partner, Stedman.
Although the mudslides encroached upon her property, Oprah considered herself fortunate compared to her neighbors, many of whom suffered complete devastation to their homes.
